Dark Looter is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: username, email address, hashed password
- Game data: reputation, money, DL balance, hardware stats, files, logs, activity history
- Technical data: session tokens, IP address (used in-game as a gameplay mechanic)
2. How We Use Your Data
All data collected is used exclusively to operate the Dark Looter game. We do not sell, share or transfer your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
3. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account, which immediately and permanently removes all data associated with your account.
4. Security
Passwords are stored as secure hashes and are never readable in plain text. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
5. Cookies & Sessions
Dark Looter uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address listed in the Contact tab or delete your account directly through Settings.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Continued use of Dark Looter after a change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

⚙ Bots & Automation
Dark Looter is designed to be played manually. The use of bots, macros, scripts, auto-clickers or any other automated tool to perform in-game actions is strictly prohibited. Every action must be performed by a real human player.
- First offence: permanent ban without warning
- Any account benefiting from bot activity is also subject to ban
👤 Multiple Accounts
Each player is permitted exactly one account. Creating additional accounts for any reason — including ban evasion, gaining unfair advantages or gifting resources — is prohibited.
- All duplicate accounts will be deleted
- If the intent is ban evasion, the original ban is made permanent
💬 Society Chat
Society chat is a shared space. All players must communicate respectfully. The following content is strictly forbidden:
- Racism, xenophobia and discrimination of any kind
- Extremist, terrorist or violent content
- Hate speech targeting any person or group
- Sexual, explicit or adult content
- Harassment, threats or targeted abuse of other players
- Spam or flooding the chat
- Sharing personal data of other players without their consent
Punishment: Violations result in a permanent ban. There are no warnings for severe violations (hate speech, threats, extremism). For lesser violations (spam) a single warning may be issued before banning.
🎮 Fair Play
Exploiting bugs, glitches or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. If you discover a bug, please report it via the contact page instead of exploiting it.
